Kate's 9 month photo shoot!

We had your nine month photo shoot recently and we are so thrilled will all of the photos. You were so good and happy it and definitely shows in the pictures. You can find all of the pictures here, but these are just a few of my favorites. http://zachgoodyear.blogspot.com/2012/10/kates-first-fall.html

Where do I begin...

Kate, I am so sorry I haven't posted in awhile! You have grown so much in the time that I have not posted and I hate that I haven't captured all of those moments in this blog. Your dad and I are trying to figure out our home remodel plans and it seems to have consumed all of my free time while you are sleeping. I have no idea where to begin!

I do know that in the past few days I have found myself thinking what a lucky, lucky mom I am to have you. Not that I didn't always think that, you are just so much more expressive now and we are having so much fun communicating. You clap when I clap, you wave when we leave somewhere and you smile at me and everyone else all the time. Everyone stops me to tell me how adorable you are! I certainly don't get tired of hearing it. We are just having fun together and I hope it stays this way forever! You love your Daddy so much too. It melts my heart to see you all together. I am so lucky to have such wonderful parents and I hope one day you will feel that way about us too.

A big thing to note is that you are crawling! You are everywhere! We are slowly baby proofing the house and I can't seem to do it fast enough for you. We finally moved the coffee table out of the living room because you hit your head really hard on it today. You are also pulling up on anything you can find. Oh and you are getting 2 teeth! I was beginning to worry when you hadn't gotten any but we can definitely see two coming in. One is on the bottom and the other is on the top. I worried that it would bother you but it hasn't so far!

Thank you for being you sweet girl! You are our little miracle and I am so blessed to have you.
Love, Mommy
